Ughh! the pressure of a first post... hmmmm... a bit about me??  currently marooned in a backwater 'burg around the western terminus of the bible belt; would you believe that referencing "jesus christ superstar" is not only unpopular but a good way to get beaten up around here!!??  .still looking for that damn caterpillar - got some bad mushrooms from him. don't believe me though, ask alice...when she's ten feet tall.  since when did belle & sebastian get popular!!??  after the disappointment of seeing deathcab, modest mouse and the white stripes go big, i was at least hoping that my wee u.k. waifs would stay under the play-dar. perhaps i'm being a bit premature though...the doctors told me the drinking could do that (was that in bad taste?, i'm a touch tipsy). is there a word/phobia for fear of short men??; i'm not talking about midgets/dwarfs (the word dwarves only exists in the realm of fantasy-fiction so take your lvl. 7 paladin-ass back home), but those gentlemen between 5'0" and 5'5" who fly under the radar until they're up on the counter demanding that you take their order......but i digress. fyi, as soon as you say "i am not a threat to myself or others" the hospital is legally absolved and the docs will stop bugging you - useful when you have a hangover and don't know where you left your shoes. so it's pushing 4:00 am and i can't get my laptop to talk to the 7-year old paperweight i'm currently using, so i'll bid you all goodnight....
